Sideboard In Mahogany Blond From Ceylon, Art Deco - Early Twentieth

This Parisian-made piece of furniture, with a light gray marble top veined with black, is made of solid wood and veneer. It includes a belt, two drawers, with bronze drooping handles that close with brass pellet keys, and their original locks. The rectangular side uprights are topped, in the upper part, with a sculpted element in rosewood and volutes, with floral decoration and a rosary. On the underside is a large niche that can be used for storage. The lower part of the cabinet, with doors shaped vertically, suggests the edges of books; they close in the same way as the drawers. Note, the brass lock, in perfect working order, closes from top to bottom. Each side of the piece of furniture testifies to the quality of work, since they are equipped with two wooden elements, perfectly symmetrical, known as "with development". The set rests on gadrooned top feet at the front, and on rectangular feet at the back. The bottoms and sides of the drawers are in oak. This pretty Art Deco sideboard will find its place in your interior combining style and functionality.
