Half-moon Console In Oak, Louis XVI Period
Very beautiful oak console from the Louis XVI period stamped with the guild of cabinetmakers. It rests on four sculpted legs joined by a spacer nicely enriched with a superb cassolette. The belt presents a succession of sculptures in the shape of "candles" separated by four pretty carved cabochons. A gray Sainte-Anne marble crowns this charming console table. (a small scale on the right rear corner has been restored) This pretty console with authentic charm will bring a lot of character to any interior style.
