Superb lacquer tray from Vietnam, Signed by the artist Truong Van Thanh. Bottom right in the background. The tray is decorated with three goldfish among a seabed with undulating algae. School of Thu Dau Mot, he is the co-founder of the Thanh Lê house (with Nguyen Thanh Lê). Lacquered wooden tray with two wide handles. Very great finesse in the treatment of fish and algae.
