Very nice pair of medallion-shaped armchairs, Louis XVI style, made in the second half of the 20th century. These beautiful seats have the particularity of having a wide and very enveloping seat as well as exceptional seating comfort thanks to the presence of thick removable and extremely soft cushions. Such a seat width is really rare on the market for this type of seat. The woodwork of these armchairs has been limed in a "shabby chic" way in verdigris tones, the fabric is patterned with small squares. The upholstery of these seats was recently redone, traces of the old upholstery nails are still visible in places on the barrels. Nice set, in good condition. .
