Lovely George III style coffee service in sterling silver, from the treasure of the 11th and last king or Rao Raja of Sikar in the state of Rajastan in northern India. It is engraved on the three pieces with the royal coat of arms. Kalyan Singh Bahadur was born in 1886 and succeeded his uncle in 1922. After the independence of India, he had to give up his royal power at the same time as all the Maharajas. He died in 1967. A member of the royal family of Sikar was Vice President of India from 2002 to 2007. It weighs 1350 grams.
