The crown is supported by two thin winged putti each holding a fine feather signifying that this is the formal signature of the nobleman, a seal that is also called a “beehive” used and recognizable for all acts.
Tapestry with a beautiful baroque decoration, from the time of Louis XIV, particularly balanced and harmonious in the powerful colors of this time.
The interlacing signature is gilded on a pale blue background in the center and on some volutes treated in an airy way; two reds, one light and the other dark, affirming the strength of the center; rich floral patterns and polychrome acanthus forming a superb entourage.
The whole is on a brown background highlighting the beauty of the decorations presented around this noble county center.
Tapestry in very good condition placed on an old frame also in very good condition.
