"Silver Necklace, Neglected With Aquamarine And Fine Pearls, Circa 1900."
Necklace in solid silver, small and thin neglected, with in the center a bezel-set beaded, a natural aquamarine in the form of a cushion and faceted, then two pendants on rods with in the center on each a rod-set of a pearl fine whole and natural, with an aquamarine finish, bezel-set with faceted and teardrop-shaped pearls, fine chain in simple cable link, large spring ring clasp. Jewel manufactured by the goldsmith Max Merfels in Berlin, work around 1900, Art Nouveau, document provided, gross weight of 3.22gr. Dimensions indicated those of the pendant, length of the necklace 42cm.
