"Azema Ernest"
Oil on canvas by Ernest AZEMA (1871 - 1917) representing a couple with their child. Ernest AZEMA from a family of artists is a painter of figures and sculptor. Artist born in Agde (Hérault), he was a pupil of Gustave Moreau. Between 1892 and 1912, he exhibited at the Salon of French Artists in Paris, with an honorable mention in 1898 and a third class medal in 1901. Very beautiful colors. Work signed lower right.
