"Napoleon III Table Marquetry Boulle"
Nineteenth Napoleon III coffee table attributed to the house CH. JEANSELME in Paris (large stamp mark under the base not very readable, see photo) with a Honduras mahogany structure richly animated with a Boulle marquetry in gilded brass with geometric pattern polylobé, the tray opens on a compartmentalized interior, lock and key original in good working order. The set rests on arched legs joined by a spacer taking up the main decoration. Good condition, note small usual wear. Dimensions: 74 cm high X 54 cm wide X 40 cm deep.
