Kamba Luesa (1944-1995)
Born in 1944 in Basangana, Democratic Republic of Congo. Kamba Luesa attended primary school in the city of Lubumbashi. In 1964, he entered the Academy of Fine Arts where he obtained a degree in plastic art with a specialization in painting. Kamba's art evolved outside of academic works. Exhibited in particular in Antwerp, Lausanne, in 1974.
He also composed stamps for Interpol in 1974 and in 1979 for the 75th anniversary of the Rotary Club.
