Bronze Diana of Versailles or Diana the huntress cast XIXth. Marked Louvre Museum. From a Roman copy of a Greek bronze original from the 4th century BC attributed to the Athenian sculptor Leochares. Preserved in the Louvre Museum. Artemis has her hand resting on a small deer. Beautiful medal brown patina. Weight: 7 kg.
