Kovsh in vermeil decorated on the upper part with a large frieze of arabesques and polychrome floral motifs on a matte gold background, set in the center with an old coin bearing the effigy of Emperor Paul II dated 1728, the is decorated with two peacock heads on a feather background set with sapphire and ruby cabochons.
