Old Sapphire Diamond Transformation Jewel

Antique shuttle-shaped jewel adorned in the center with a cushion blue sapphire surrounded by old-cut diamonds, the top and bottom are a fleur-de-lis motif, set with blue sapphires and rose-cut diamonds. The periphery forms a sort of fretwork set occasionally with rose-cut diamonds and sapphires topped with fleur-de-lis. The hanging system is a pin that can be dismantled in order to wear the jewel as a pendant.

Main material: yellow gold, 750 thousandths, 18 carats, and silver.
Weight of the central sapphire: approximately 1.70 carats.
Total weight of the other sapphires: approximately 1.28 carats.
Total weight of the diamonds approximately 1.10 carats.
Proportions: Height: 4.5 cm, width: approximately 3.5 cm, thickness: approximately 12.7 mm.
Net weight: 21.4g approx.
