Rectangular Aquamarine And Diamond Ring
Antique rectangular-shaped ring with a degree-cut aquamarine in the center retained with 4 claws, in an entourage of modern brilliant-cut diamonds. The flat basket is openworked at the back and two rose-cut diamonds adorn, on either side, the start of the ring.
Period: 20th century
Main material: white gold, 750 thousandths, 18 carats.
Weight of the aquamarine: approximately 2.58 carats.
Diamond weight: approximately 1.10 carats.
Proportions: Height: 16.8 mm, width: 14.3 mm, thickness: 6.2 mm, width of the ring at the base: 2.2 mm.
Net weight: about 5.1g.

Our opinion: This old Art Deco style ring, although late, is characteristic of this great period of jewelry by its shapes and the contrast of its materials.
