Louis XV style flying table, Second Empire period, late 19th century, in blackened wood and rosewood marquetry. Bronze trim in belt and falling on four slightly curved feet ending in bronze shoes. In spacer, a fretted tablet, in rosewood marquetry. Scalloped red breccia marble top, set in a gilt brass ingot just like the spacer shelf. Table in good original condition. A note, a break in a corner of the marble and a slight detachment of veneer in the belt (see the last two photos) Height 3.5 cm, length 54 cm, width 35.5 cm.
