Maternity, by Louis Legrand (1863-1951), pencils and pastel on paper. Trained at the Beaux-Arts in Dijon, Legrand followed the teaching of Rops in Paris, where he was introduced to the various engraving techniques. He illustrated many magazines, won a medal at the Universal Exhibition of 1900 and also exhibited at the Samuel Bing gallery. Frame dimensions: width: 72cm height: 89cm
