Very fine tapestry fragment (border element?), late 16th century, Flanders?

A woman holding a religious cross is framed by 2 architectural and stylized or Atlantean anthropomorphic pilasters, and a puti holding a scepter.

The tapestry was formerly (19th cty) and unusually lined with canvas and stretched over a wooden frame for perfect preservation.

Sizes 87 * 47cm
Good condition, and bright colors well preserved.
