Pair of ceremonial "ram's head" arm chairs, in carved walnut, with eggshell inlay decoration. Front base with ringed columns connected to the rear legs by a spacer in the belt. Slightly curved armrests at the ends in the shape of a ram's head, resting on console uprights carved and decorated with eggshell motifs. Île de France or Loire Valley, 18th century period
