Beautiful lithograph enhanced with gouache, framed, under glass, representing the French army in uniform during the mobilization in August 1914. Dedicated and signed lower left Ch Brun and also signed on the right under the horse's hoof. (see photos)
Dated 1915.
Charles Brun was the official painter of the State War Ministry.
Condition: correct, the paper has yellowed over time, the frame has suffered the wear and tear of time, as well as small accidents and restorations.
