Regency Period Bench At Fond De Canne.
Elegant curved sofa on the front resting on legs sculpted with large acanthus leaves. Six finely carved rocaille cartouches decorate the crosspieces. Retracted armrests also carved with acanthus leaves. Seat of good quality having kept its old caning in good condition. (some small restorations). Structure in beech wood in perfect condition. France circa 1750. Provence: Languedoc castle.
