Glove Ring, Gold And Ruby, XIXth Century
Glove ring, typical of the first part of the 19th century.
It is composed of :
- 5 rubies, 2 pear-shaped, 2 round and 1 cushion-shaped
- 36 rose-cut diamonds, 2 of which are missing.
The rubies are set on 18K gold.
The back of the ring and the band are also in 18K gold.
The diamonds are set on silver to enhance the brilliance.
The gross weight of the ring is 15.42 grams.
The finger size is 53 and can be adjusted by my jeweller.
