Antique Gold Filigree Coral Pendant
Antique and detailed gold filigree work. The pendant has a big red coral in the center. The design of the filigree is very nice and perfect. Mid of XIX century. From Sardinia. It is in perfect conditions. 14K gold ( touch stone tested ). The word comes from the Latin “filum granum” i.e. thread grain which represents the form in which the filigree is made joining together very thin wires ( of gold or silver ) round, flat, twisted etc.. also with grains or other decorating elements.
