Impressive iron Art Deco side table with hammered surface and elegant curved legs.
The side table displays an extraordinary impressive look due to its hand forged, hammered surface and the marble top.
The rusty brown-grey color of the waxed iron base fits perfectly with the marble.
The marble top measures 46 x 54cm in lovely grey-taupe color.


Vittorio Ducrot (1867-1942).
Documented in DUCROT Mobili E Arti Decorative - Novecento.
Vittorio Ducrot was born 1867 in Palermo with French family background.
Died in Rome 1942. He studied architectural design in Switzerland and
started his carrier together with the architect Ernesto Basile and the painter
Etthore DE Maria Bergler.
For example they designed the interior decoration of “Palazzo di Montecitorio, Rome” and
also an Art Deco luxury steamer “Principessa Mafalda”.
