"Embroidered Silk Humeral Veil"
Humeral veil in beige silk lined with orange satin and embroidered with stripes with geometric patterns. The ends are trimmed with orange silk pom poms; the central motif represents a cross pattée in "terre de sienna" velvet and over-embroidered with ears of wheat in gold thread. The gilt metal clasp is adorned with stylized vine branches; Note a small repair under each part of the clasp (see photo) Work circa 1930
