Clémentine Martinet, born under the name of Clémentine Creuzé in 1781 in Châtellerault in Vienne is a painter.
She was the daughter of Jacques-Antoine Creuzé-Latouche, deputy of the Third Estate in 1789 then conventional and member of the Committee of Public Safety from 1793 to 1795, and the wife of Pierre-François Martinet deputy and mayor of Châtellerault between 1830 and 1835.
The Creuzé-Latouche family was one of the most politically influential families in Châtelleraudais in the 19th century. They owned the Sully Hotel which currently houses the museum.

This talented painter made portraits; genre scenes and some landscapes. The Châtellerault museum already has works by this local artist relating to these various genres.
