Born in 1963 in SEBASTOPOL, Crimea (Russia) His father, a naval officer, loved art above all else, and passed on his passion for painting to his son. Denis ARSENIEV obtained a diploma from the College of ART of SIMFEROPOL, then later that of the Academy of Fine Arts of Saint-Petersburg.
