Rare desk called mazarin in violet wood veneer and rosewood, it rests on a solid pallisander base (quality detail because of time and never touched !!) with eight sheath feet joined by braces and a cross terminated by feet in flattened balls This desk is all front, so in the middle, it opens on the front with six drawers in two boxes, a recessed central drawer surmounting a wicket Other quality details it has its original bronzes and locks (one redone to the model), its old locks, and two keys The top with its elegant decoration in burl veneer called "sausage" of violet wood and rosewood motif This desk is presented in a very good condition, rare and quality furniture
