Psyche Empire Mirror Mid 19th Time In Mahogany Veneer
Empire period mirror in mahogany veneer, supported by two columns ringed with bronzes and surmounted by chiseled gilt bronze vases. The four feet are mounted on casters. The rear is original as well as the mercury mirror which bears some minimal stains. This mirror is distinguished by a plaque on the back which authenticates that it belonged to Madame Emile de GIRARDIN (1804 - 1855) from the Domaine du Val in St GERMAIN en LAYE. This piece of furniture in very good condition has a lot of distinction.
