On the pan, a decor of stings of pearls and water leaf borders.The cover is adorned with a pine-cone.
A monogram VCL or VCT undet a comital crown is graved on the body.

Silversmith hallmark : Jean-Pierre Bibron, 3 rue du Harlay à Paris, working between 1798 and 1809.
