Empire Style Pedestal Return From Egypt Napoleon III Nineteenth
Small Empire style pedestal table back from Egypt. Manufacture Napoleon III XIXth. Rests on four square spindle legs adorned with caryatids in gilded bronze and terminated with lion's paw hooves. The base is joined by a circular spacer. Ash veneer on oak frame. White veined green portor marble top. The bronzes are screwed and of very good quality, with their original gilding.
