Described as a child who couldn't read nor write. He was Hydrocéphalic.
At the age of seven,he started to paint on cigarboxes, small landscapes that witness a remarkable virtuosity in its sketchiness and choice of monochrome brown and bleu colors.
After his death, his father edited two books of Fritz's work, engraved by his sister and father:
