Robj, best known for these famous porcelain liqueur bottles, was always on the lookout for the latest novelties. The craquelé fashion, which exploded from 1925, did not escape this talented Parisian publisher who had some produced on models selected for the competitions he organized. This walking elephant is a real rarity that can be found in a period advertisement dated 1929. It is in perfect condition. Mark Robj Paris below in ink. Length: 40 cm Height: 25 cm Period documentation reproduced in Les craquelés Art Déco by Alain René Hardy and Bruno Giardi.
