Rare pair of large armchairs with slightly animated straight backrests, in molded and finely carved beechwood, decorated with flowers, foliage, and acanthus leaves, the armrest consoles in light whip with ribs terminated by foliage, standing on arched legs, the front ones ending with acanthus leaves and cabochons.
Stamped Etienne Saint Georges, master in Paris, died in 1736.
Louis XV period.
