Framed Poster: 1921-1981 From Kronstadt To Gdansk, 60 Years Of Resistance To State Capitalism

This silkscreened poster is a historical document announcing a political conference held in Paris in April 1981 around the Russian Revolution. The iconography of the sailor refers here to the revolt of the sailors of Kronstadt against the Bolshevik power which will take place in Soviet Russia in March 1921. This revolt will be the precursor of the October revolution.
