Two Pairs Of Louis XVI Wall Lights, In Gilt Bronze
Series of 4 Louis XVI style sconces, in chiseled and gilded bronze, with 2 sconces. The barrel decorated with piastres, supports 2 sconces embellished with large acanthus leaves, on which rest large bobeches decorated with water leaves supporting lighting hoes with small torso grooves. The top part simulates a tied ribbon coming connected to the assembly of the sconces. Electrication in working order with high wax sleeves. Gilding in very good condition with only partial wear on an applique at the top of a knot (visible on photo).
