Very beautiful pedestal desk in black and red lacquered wood decorated with foliage and birds of paradise. The gold lacquered panels on the pull-out drawers, drawer fronts, and doors feature landscapes with birds inlaid with bone, mother-of-pearl, and agate. They are exquisitely crafted.
