Bronze subject representing a tiger on the lookout in front of a fô dog, this work entitled "in the ruins" is by Georges GARDET (1863 - 1939) and comes from the BARBEDIENNE foundries.
Subject in perfect condition, the bronze has a double patina, dark and bronze for the tiger, the terrace is very rich. The morello cherry marble base, also in perfect condition, is finished with brass strapping.
