This time I am offering you a brooch from the famous American house Eisenberg. This brooch comes from the collection of a friend who was a flight attendant and who regularly brought back these jewels during her many PARIS / NEW YORK flights in the 70s / 80s. As a general rule, the jewelry that I offer is in very good condition and has been rarely worn. Eisenberg & Sons actually started as a women's clothing company in 1914 when Jonas Eisenberg founded the company. Eisenberg & Sons was one of the most successful costume jewelry makers of the 1930s and 1940s. The company was famous for its 18th century fine jewelry replicas, which looked authentic down to pewter-colored metal. Eisenberg also produced some stunning figurines, often mounted in sterling silver.
