He is holding a gold coin in his right hand. The figure creates a certain upheaval and lends itself well to impersonating "Avarice". It is undoubtedly a work of the famous Venetian portrait painter Giuseppe Nogarei who distinguished himself in the 18th century for the depictions of elderly figures always described with exceptional vigor. Unfortunately, even modest paintings are often approached with this talented author if they present subjects with connotations of his repertoire.
