"Au Coin Du Feu W.clochard"
- Oil on canvas depicting a man sitting by the fire watching his pot in the hearth of his chimney surmounted by a hunting rifle. Behind him, we can see a hanging ham, a bottle and cheese on a table. Signed lower left W. Clochard William Clochard (1894-1890) friend with Maurice Vlaminck whose painting carries a certain influence. He frequents the painters Picasso and Kisling. He started in 1926 at the salon des independants. Period 20th century Dimensions: H70cm L60cm with frame
