Baccarat - 8-light Chandelier In Crystal And Opaline, End Of XIXth Century
Rare 8-light chandelier in crystal and white opaline, the opaline pieces are adorned with gold threads and garnished with pendants including bells, half pears and dart prisms, as well as green octagons and myrzas. Work of the Baccarat house of the end of the XIXth planned for electricity, the twisted arms and the crystal binets are hollow to let pass the wires. This chandelier is complete and in a good state of conservation, to note some wear on the gilding and small égrenures on the upper cup. The electrification has been completely redone, LED bulbs.
