Sundang Moro Keris
Moro keris sword. The blade of corrugated form is out of "pamor", steel of Damascus.
It is sharpened on both sides. The hilt has a finely chiselled decoration. The wooden hilt represents a stylized bird's head. It is covered with a vegetal fibre ligature. A chased and silvered metal ring reinforces the silk binding - Beautiful patina of use - Philippines - 19th century.
