Inkwell in griotte red marble resting on six spinning feet, representing Ambroise Paré in bronze with medal patina, by Pierre Jean David, dit David d'Angers, sculptor Ferdinand Barbedienne founder. Bronze titled and signed on the terrace. Signature F.Barbedienne also appearing on the cover of one of the two inkwells. Original glassware with one of the two tanks missing on the edge. Piece in very good condition, no accident on the marble. Height 22 cm, length 35 cm, width 15.5 cm.
