"Counter Roulette"
Game of the end of the XIXth century also called "tourniquet", it was found on the counters of bistros. The upper part is made up of a caster numbered from 10 to 25000. The caster is fixed on a polychrome cast iron foot decorated with bunches of grapes. A housing intended to accommodate matches and a striated scraper are incised in the cast iron, from where the name of "Pyrogen".
