Object description :

"Copper Watering Can. Height 38 Cm. Eighteenth Century"
Body in baluster, formed of two interlocking halves, forged and assembled by brass solder, in wolf teeth. He stands on a narrow plinth, with a rolled base. Complete with its handle, its barrel, its spacer and its apple of origin. The watering cans of this period are found only exceptionally in perfect state of conservation. Most have come to us incomplete, grossly clogged and patched up. Seniority is not enough in our eyes to excuse a crippling wreck, which may nevertheless please some neophytes ... Height: 38 cm. Diameter: 24 cm. Eighteenth century Very beautiful state. See additional information on: http://antiquites-lauginie.fr/arrosoir/ Free shipping by COLISSIMO for metropolitan France.
