Mill in the marsh Vendéen, large oil on canvas signed Edmond Bertreux bottom right and dated 1939-1945, beautiful frame in gilded stucco (109x137). Edmond Bertreux (1911-1991), painter of animated landscapes especially of the Nantes region, he figured at the Salon d'Automne in Paris from 1935 to 1938.
