Chalice and paten in vermeil. The chalice made in gilded silver, consists of several elements. The circular base is gilded with alternating matt and shiny tones. It is decorated with a Greek cross in silver with a synthetic ruby encrusted in the middle. The smooth, flare-free, hemispherical cut rests on a tubular stem with a flattened ivory knot. Paten vermeil decorated with a stylized cross. Chalice: H - 19.5 cm Base: D - 14.6 cm Cut: D - 12.3 cm Gross weight: 549 gr Paten: D - 15.2 cm Weight - 140 gr Chalice: 800 punch on the base, the cut was tested because not punched. Master goldsmith initials HR Patène: punch Minerve 800/1000 Master Goldsmith: André Favier and successors, XIX century Good state of conservation. Note: lack of gilding on the stem and a crack on the knot; The Chalice is without shocks, scratches or deformations.
