Nineteenth Planter In Sterling Silver

Superb and rare XIXth century planter in solid silver. It rests on 4 volute feet now together and assembled by macaroons. The planter is highly worked, is decorated with foliage, scrolls and rose all on a background rudenté. The upper part is fretted and finished with a garland of flowers around. Inside is its original zinc tray. The gardener leaves the poiçon at the head of neck brace and its total weight is 348 grams.
