Cabinet Dauphiné 17th century of beautiful manufacture, with a lively facade. The cabinet as its base are vintage 17th. They are veneered with different species such as walnut, green tinted elm, ebony, maple and boxwood. The cabinet has ten drawers. They are clad in burr walnut, dyed elm, boxwood fillet, ebony and are lined with alternating triangular patterns of ebony and bone. This frame is also found on the small door in the center of the cabinet on which is marquetée an arch with capitals and Doric entablatures. she lets us discover a nice theater in perspective whose tiling on two levels is in marquetry of bone and ivory. The bottom wall is inlaid with a gallery with columns at the end of which a church and a tree are represented. On either side, balustrades carved into a walnut leaf are placed in front of mirrors whose aim is to give them more depth and ambiance during our movements. The column base is belted in the upper part of inlaid sleepers with patterns and wood species identical to those of the cabinet drawers. As for the faceted columns, they are in walnut burl veneer alternated with boxwood fillet and are separated from a black tinted wooden ring of the base, which is in tinted elm veneer. A stained wood found on the base and the capital. As for the base, it is plated the same species of wood, the same border as the drawers under which six feet molded rollers are located at each column.
