"Chiparus Sculpture Terracotta Representative A Young Couple"

Patinated terracotta sculpture, representing the busts of a young couple attached to the hair helmet decorated with ferns typical of the Art Deco era. Presence of cherries and cherry leaves on their shoulders. This sculpture is fixed on a base with blackened wooden sides. It bears on the back the signature DH Chiparus for Demeter Haralamb Chiparus 1886 - 1947. This terracotta is in good condition, just the presence of some wear to the patina. Vintage sculpture Art Deco 1930.
